Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how ORVEXANTIX d.o.o. (“Orvexantix”, “we”) collects, uses and protects the personal data of visitors and users of orvexantix.com. The document is aligned with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), the Croatian Act implementing the GDPR and guidelines of the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP).
2. Data we collect
We collect data you leave in our forms (name, e-mail, message), technical information about your device and browser and — with your consent — behavioural data through Google Consent Mode v2.
3. Purposes of processing
We process data to respond to your enquiries, manage commercial communication, improve site functionality and — with consent — to measure the effectiveness of our 2026 campaigns.
4. Legal bases
The legal bases are your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), legitimate interest for security and service improvement (Art. 6(1)(f)) and pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b)).
5. Retention period
Data from the contact form is kept for at most 24 months from the last interaction, unless the law requires otherwise. Analytical data is pseudonymised and kept for at most 14 months.
6. Recipients
We share data only with carefully selected processors (e.g. e-mail and analytics providers) acting on our instructions under a data processing agreement (DPA).
7. Transfers outside the EEA
As a rule we process data within the EEA. Where data is transferred outside the EEA we rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and additional technical safeguards.
8. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and to object. You may also file a complaint with AZOP (azop.hr).
9. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in legislation or our services. The current version is always available on this page.
